All librarians can view the web-based fund reports by clicking on the "reports" icon from the Millennium control bar.

To access the Millennium control bar, click on the "Millennium" mode in Circulation.

Clicking on the Reports icon will open a browser. You will see the reports available along the left side of the screen.

Click on Fund reports under Acquisitions. You will be prompted to enter your initials and password. If you have trouble accessing the report, please contact Pam Jones.

We have two hierarchies to view: Library and Departments. Click on the box next to Departments and the view will change to display the fund reports for the departmental allocations.

There are 5 columns of information:

Appropriation: The amount of money allocated to that fund.

Expenditure: Total dollar amount of invoices paid to date.

Encumberance: Dollar amount of orders placed, but not paid.

Free Balance  = Appropriation - Expenditure - Encumberance

Cash balance = Appropriation - Expenditure
