- Evaluation: Regularly meet with librarians to gather feedback on request/ordering workflow.
- Use of Results: Further refine ordering process and vendor selection.
- Objective 3: Conduct research to better understand the information needs of our patrons and to purchase the best materials for their needs. (Pam)
- Action step 3.1: Choose method(s) to collect information from students, staff and faculty at the Buffalo Campus about popular materials interests. (Pam and Sam)
