How to get a new MedailleOne account

New students need to pick up their MedailleOne account before they will be able to use MedailleOne, BbVista, public access computers, and the library databases.

Have the students go to:

http://accounts.medaille.edu/

and click on the link that says: Click here to pick up your first accounts

From there they will have to enter some information and after a few steps they will have their new user id and password.  This will work with all of our systems right away.  If they have problems creating their account, have them call the IT help desk at: (716) 880-2282
