How to reset a MedailleOne password

A MedailleOne password can be reset from this website:

http://accounts.medaille.edu/

and from there clicking on the link that says Retrieve my password.  The user then follows some steps to retrieve their password.  If this does not work for them, have them call the IT help desk at (716) 880-2282 to reset their password over the phone.
