In creating holdings statements in the Local Holdings Record in WorldCat, use the following formats:

If a serial is retained for a limited time period: "Retains current 3 years" (or whatever the period is) in the summary field at the top of the record.

If a serial has volume information, but not issue level information (level 3), use "v."

For volume and issue information (level 4), use "v. , no. "
