Public access computer not able to print to the public access printer

When this happens:

• Check to make sure they are printing to the public access printer and not to Microsoft One Note
• Click on Start-Control Panel-Printers and Faxes and see if there are any documents queued.  If there are some stuck in the que, right click on them, select Pause, then select Cancel to cancel them from the que.
